The Convo Lake Como

I had a grand time here! Isabella was a gem, really went above and beyond, especially with her recommendations. The location's mighty, just a hop from the lakeside. Only downside was the chilly room when I arrived, but a quick heat sorted that. I'd definitely stay again!

It became my favourite place to stay in Como. I appreciated the QUIET atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and affable at all times.

Genuinely helpful staff & overall quiet place to stay. Perfect and amazing location, minute walk from a train station. For tea or coffee visit Gelateria i Tre Santi nearby. Honestly no complaint...

I felt enveloped in warmth and hospitality. Isabella was not just a manager. She was a newfound friend, always ready with local tips and endless snacks. The hotel's proximity to the ferry and cultural spots made exploring easy.

I often chose to take the steps instead. But this minor inconvenience was easily overshadowed by the overall charm.

There are a few hiccups that could be improved. The room was smaller than expected, and lacking blackout curtains. The communal courtyard needed a good power wash, likely due to some unfortunate weather leading up to my stay. The bathroom setup was a concern too, as the shower water struggled with pressure, and the toilet paper hanger was notably absent. Parking was also tricky, leaving you to hunt around the area.

Noisy surroundings, with sounds traveling from the lobby and other rooms, can be quite disruptive. Thin curtains leave you vulnerable to daylight, and the shower setup doesn't allow for a quick rinse without getting your hair wet. Cold draft in the bathroom makes it uncomfortable, and the mattress could use some extra padding for comfort.

Amazing location just a stone's throw from the ferry and surrounded by great restaurants! Staff like Isabella go above and beyond (the snacks are a nice touch!).

The Convo offered an amazing experience . The hotel is in a fantastic location, just one block from Lake Como, ferry, and rail station. The room was nice, and the bed provided excellent comfort. Isabella, the hostess, was friendly and offered great suggestions for budget parking and dining options. I would definitely return on my next visit to Como.

Isabella at this spot, so helpful with everything, always had a great local tip at hand. the location was top-notch, near all transport - bus, train - and loads of eateries around. A breeze to move about. Only qualm: the Wi-Fi here can be a tad dodgy, on-and-off kinda thing! Still, for the right price, I'll gladly book here again! 🌟
