I had a grand time here! Isabella was a gem, really went above and beyond, especially with her recommendations. The location's mighty, just a hop from the lakeside. Only downside was the chilly room when I arrived, but a quick heat sorted that. I'd definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay! The warm service from Isabella was a highlight, but the bathroom could really do with a refresh, eh? Still, sweet as location!

A delightful stay by the lake
From the moment I arrived, I felt enveloped in warmth and hospitality. Isabella was not just a manager. she was a newfound friend, always ready with local tips and endless snacks. The hotel’s proximity to the ferry and cultural spots made exploring a breeze.
While my room was cozy and comfortable, I did have a few moments where the elevator's slow pace made me reconsider my workout plan! I often chose to take the steps instead. But this minor inconvenience was easily overshadowed by the overall charm.

The outdoor communal courtyard has a nice vibe for unwinding, especially when the weather plays nice. The charming local breakfast café nearby serves delightful pastries that kick off your day just right.
There are a few hiccups that could be improved. The room was smaller than expected, and lacking blackout curtains made for a less-than-ideal sleep experience. The communal courtyard needed a good power wash, likely due to some unfortunate weather leading up to my stay. The bathroom setup was a concern too, as the shower water struggled with pressure, and the toilet paper hanger was notably absent. Parking was also tricky, leaving you to hunt around the area.

The outdoor communal courtyard has a nice vibe, perfect for chilling when the weather's right. The overall space feels cozy with a good layout for socializing which could be ideal for groups.
Noisy surroundings, with sounds traveling from the lobby and other rooms, can be quite disruptive. Thin curtains leave you vulnerable to daylight, and the shower setup doesn’t allow for a quick rinse without getting your hair wet. Cold draft in the bathroom makes it uncomfortable, and the mattress could use some extra padding for comfort.

The Convo offered an amazing experience during my stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just one block from Lake Como, making it easy to explore the city center, ferry, and rail station. The room was exceptionally nice, and the bed provided excellent comfort. Isabella, the hostess, was incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions for budget parking and dining options. I would definitely return on my next visit to Como.
The elevator was a bit slow at times.
